I've been sitting here checking BRF about 10 times a day wondering if anyone else is doing the same... I always get a little disappointed when I see no new responses, so I wanted to conduct a little experiment... If you read this post make sure you leave a comment so that we can see you've been here... in fact everytime you check the site you should stop by and leave a note saying HI, or an inspirational quote, or a funny story... something to give us who like to see some activity on this site something to read... it can be very random and make no sense at all... Sharkdog... this would be right up your alley... you keep me LMAO all the time!! I just think it would be interesting to see how often people check the site that no one else is aware of... now, if your boss checks out the site too then you may want to keep a lower profile... lol I look forward to seeing how this turns out... I say we do this for about a week or two... Your thoughts?

ok, obviously this is not going to work as I planned... 5 people have looked at this thread and no comments... oh well... I guess I'll go back to learning how to take a decent pic of a tiny shark tooth... It's a lot harder than I thought...

Ha ha. Sorry your experiment failed. On a side note, I used to like college football, and was oblivious since I didnt go up to Greenville, NC during college football season last year due to a part time job, but this year, I am actually skipping it due to trying to find a parking spot near GMR on a gameday, is next to impossible.

Good luck everyone going hunting this weekend.

Hey, don't give up, guys! I won't be able to check in much over the next week or so because I'm going to be on the road... hopefully getting more shark teeth!

Don't you love it when... you go to clean something out and find a shark tooth in your stuff. Bonus!
Sorry, can't come up with any jokes right now. Gotta go pack my stuff!

I'd like to see this thread get going. I could use something to do at work...

Does anyone maintain fish tanks? I've found a good number of people I've met collecting, also keep fish. I have a couple planted fresh water tanks. Something to do when I'm not obsessively collecting shark teeth I guess.

I just stopped by to check out this thread... I'm glad to see it's not a total failure! LOL

Greg, no help from me on the fish tanks, sorry.

For a while my father worked at a fish hatchery. I wanted to start a tank with the reject fish (the ones with three eyes, two tails, etc) but trout are rather fussy things so I never actually tried it. I wanted to put the tank at work and see if anybody noticed that the fish "weren't quite right." I bet most people wouldn't!

Oh yeah, that'd be a tank I would have like to have seen. One of the local stores around my area has a display only tank full of fish with deformities and/or healed injuries.
